Synopsis
Through marriage, one is trained in generosity, patience, perseverance, and many other positive traits. Through marriage, one can experience the true meaning of love and gain the peace of mind and tranquility.
Marriage serves the purpose of fostering love and companionship between a husband and wife, promoting their happiness, and respecting their complementary nature.
While marriage possess a multitude of benefits and advantages, there are relationships where it is totally void of love, compassion and good.
While the Quran mentions examples of successful couples in its many stories, it also mentions examples of toxic relationships as well for us to learn from.
