Abu Musa narrated that The Prophet ﷺ said: “A believer to another believer is like a building, strengthening each other as the different parts of a building strengthen each other.” While saying that, The Prophet ﷺ gripped his hands with his fingers interlaced.

We never walk alone, not in this life. We are always living with fellow human beings and servants of God. How do we manage our relationships with the people around us?

Throughout our lives, we have gone through various stages, of serenity and difficulty, and we have gathered valuable life lessons that have ultimately moulded us to be who we are today. Along the way, we have made friends, and at the same time, we might have found others to be challenging to deal with. While it is natural that we find some fellow human beings to be more compatible with us than others, there are times in our lives when we really need to work together with those who may not vibe well with.

At times, these relationships, be it with family, friends, colleagues or others, may have gone down a really uncomfortable route, of disagreements and discontent. We never feel good about those instances. We wish that we can turn it around to find joy from within us and from the people around us. How can we transform a difficult relationship to one that is healthy for our minds and for our hearts? How does God want you to manage your social connections?
