Synopsis
Never does Allah mention grief or worries in the Quran; except that He commands us to endure and battle it, or He gives us good tidings and hope that it will be lifted from us.
We all experience the feeling of sadness and go through challenges during different parts of our lives. For some, feelings of sadness and gloom are not as common, but others may experience it more frequently. Depending on their severity, feelings of sadness can impact the day to day functioning of our lives.
In the blessed life of our Prophet ﷺ, we not only see his successes and brilliance, but his emotions and humanness. As our role model, even in times of heartbreak and sadness, he continues to provide wisdom and guidance in dealing with this difficult human reality.
